Numerical control Vertical single/double layers taping/wrapping machine
Used Widely: Used for twisted wire and parallel wire doubl/single layer continuously centering wrapping.
High output :High rotate speed,working rate is 2.5 times than traditional type.
Tension is steady:Automatic tension trace instrument,taping tension keep constant from start to end. Needn' t any artificial adjustment.
Wrapping distance accurate: Setting pitch overlap on touch screen, controlled by PLC, wrapping/Taping point is steady while it's normal work or accelerate and decelerate.
Good traversing:Take -up traversing adopted axis- -row type structure, spacing can be set arbitrary.
High quality: Used for making HDMI, DP, ATA, STAT, SAS and such high frequency wire, pass rate 100%.
