Process refinement
1) Wire-laying device
(1) Reel outer diameter: 800 mm – 1200 mm; reel inner diameter: 600 mm – 800 mm.
(2) Reel width: 600 mm - 1000 mm
Reel load capacity: approximately 2000 kg
The reel is easy to disassemble and is equipped with a reel-lifting mechanism and safety protection devices.
Consider the left and right wiring of the copper busbar; 2) Wire storage rack.
Wire storage length: Meets the time requirements for wire‑change welding and allows adjustment of the unwinding speed and tension.
Capability Requirements: Meet our company’s dimensional specifications for copper busbars.
Safety requirements: Equipped with safety guards 3) Straightening device
(1) Straightening accuracy: After straightening, the flatness of the dimensions shall meet 0.1 mm (to be determined); if necessary, an outer-diameter gauge made of bare copper shall be added.
Cleaning device
(1) Cleaning requirements: Ultrasonic cleaning; after cleaning, the surface must be free of stains, oil residues, and other contaminants, and no liquid water may remain on the copper busbar surface.
Traction device
Traction speed: approximately 25 m/s
Traction force: approximately 5000 N
Capability Requirements: Able to meet all of our company’s size specifications.
Safety requirements: The towing device is equipped with a safety guard. 6) Preheating device.
Hardware requirements: medium-frequency heating, with a temperature display; the temperature adjustment range is 0–250°C (to be determined, based on experience—preheating for PA12 typically falls within 180–210°C); dust collection and display functionality shall be integrated into the extruder’s central control system.
Hardware requirements: Includes a complete set of equipment such as an integrated vacuum pump, piping, material storage hopper, material-cutting hopper, and ladder. 7) Extrusion coating unit
(1) Capability Requirements: Meet the extrusion specifications provided by our company.
(2) Safety Requirements: Equipped with a pressure sensor and featuring a hazard alarm function.
Hardware requirements: The motor shall be equipped with an encoder to enable screw speed control, and include monitoring devices for pressure, temperature, voltage, and current, along with an anomaly alarm function, panel display, and computer-based operation. The complete set of equipment and systems must be fully comprehensive, with no omissions. It shall also include a full suite of ancillary components—such as a vacuum pump, piping, material storage hopper, material‑cutting hopper, and dryer—as well as access ladders. (If pre‑mixing is not performed, additional equipment must be configured and procurement confirmed.) A metering device shall be added to ensure uniform coating of the insulation layer.
Encapsulation requirements: After encapsulation, the plastic must meet specified adhesion standards, and no defects such as cracking or whitening shall appear upon bending.
Cooling device
Stepwise cooling is recommended; avoid rapid cooling, which can reduce the adhesive strength of the plastic. The hot‑water tank pump requires special consideration, and the water pipe at the bottom of the tank is equipped with a built-in valve. A dedicated in‑line hot‑and‑cold water tank is provided, and the pump flow rate must be calculated and adjusted to ensure proper operation.
